What You MUST DRINK to Relieve KIDNEY PAIN? Drink These 6 KIDNEY PAIN RELIEF DRINKS to Reduce Pain.
Drink These KIDNEY PAIN RELIEF DRINKS to Reduce Your KIDNEY Pain http://bit.ly/2j7ibqQ. To recognize that the pain you’re experiencing is kidney pain http://bit.ly/2yCiIIp, it’s important to understand where the kidneys are located. Your kidneys are located in the upper abdominal area against the back muscles on the left and right sides. Kidney pain is different from back pain. It is often experienced deeper and higher – beneath the ribs – whereas back pain is commonly felt in the lower back. There are numerous causes for kidney pain such as kidney stones http://bit.ly/2eVSPus, urinary tract infection http://bit.ly/2Ap3V0E, and trauma to the kidneys http://bit.ly/2yBL2uf, to name a few. Symptoms that may accompany kidney pain include painful urination, fever, flank pain, nausea, and vomiting. If you’ve been stricken with kidney pain, the tips below will help you achieve relief through natural means. It’s important, though, that you bring your kidney pain to your doctor’s attention because the underlying cause can be quite serious. These natural remedies can be used in combination with your treatment for better pain relief. Natural remedies for kidney pain relief Lots of water: Staying well hydrated can prevent the formation of kidney stones and help flush out bacteria that could contribute to a UTI. Fresh lemon juice: Acid found in citrus fruits like lemons helps break up and dissolve kidney stones. For best results, use fresh lemon instead of lemon-flavored beverages. Begin drinking lemon water as soon as you wake up and continue throughout the day. You can also mix olive oil with lemon juice for added benefits. Dandelion tea: Dandelion tea works as a diuretic, which means more urine will be released to help flush out toxins. Dandelion tea also stimulates circulation, which keeps the kidneys healthy. Watermelon seed tea: Watermelon seed tea also works as a diuretic to help flush out toxins, and it can help stimulate the kidneys to function better. Celery seeds tea: Celery helps promote the elimination of waste. Some studies have shown it increases urine output, too. Plus, celery’s antifungal properties can help fight off bacteria. Corn silk tea: Corn silk tea works to reduce pain while passing urine and can help promote healing from infection. Parsley tea: A proven diuretic, not only can parsley be consumed as a juice or tea, but it can be used topically, applied as a paste to the painful area for pain relief. Cabbage leaves poultice: Cabbage is believed to be able to push out toxins from the body. You can directly apply cabbage leaves to painful areas. To make a poultice, you will need cabbage leaves, onions, bran, small amount of water, and gauze. Place cabbage leaves, chopped onions, bran, and water in a pot. Boil it for about 20 minutes. Within this time, the water will evaporate completely. Now place the prepared poultice on the gauze. Apply this hot gauze with poultice to the painful area. Keep it there for at least a couple of hours. If needed, you can leave it overnight. Marshmallow root: Marshmallow root is a diuretic that greatly helps in reducing pain while urinating. It coats the lining of the urinary tract, projecting it from damage. Plantain: Although commonly thought of as a useless weed, plantain actually has antibacterial properties and is a natural anti-inflammatory. A mild diuretic and laxative, it can easily be made into a tea for easy consumption. Uva ursi: Also known as bearberry, uva ursi has long been used to treat UTIs as it is a natural diuretic. Uva ursi should not be used in the long term, so consult a herbalist prior to use. Sage-peppermint tea: Both sage and peppermint work to relax muscles and have antiseptic properties. As natural anti-inflammatories, they can relief pain and spasms. Mustard plaster: Creating a mustard plaster or poultice can allow you to put the healing properties of mustard directly on the painful area to reduce pain. You will need mustard powder, flour, water or egg whites, and Vaseline or lard. Mix mustard powder with flour. Use water or egg white to make a thin paste. Egg white prevents blistering. The mixture should be thin enough to spread smoothly, but not watery thin – it will flow away. Spread Vaseline or lard over the irritated area. Now apply the prepared mustard plaster. Leave for some time, no more than 30 minutes. You should remove the plaster (wipe off or wash off) if you feel more irritation or if the skin gets deep red or blistered. Nettle tea: Sometimes, kidney pain can progress into joint pain. If that is the case, then nettle tea can help alleviate joint pain. Not only is nettle tea a diuretic, but it can help treat inflammation, too. Tomatoes: Tomato juice has been known to help eliminate infection, all the while reducing pain. You will want to use a natural or organic tomato juice with no added sugar or other additives. You can easily make tomato juice at home, too.

Are PEANUTS GOOD For DIABETES? How EATING PEANUT Help Control/Fight Diabetes & LOW BLOOD SUGAR
Is Eating PEANUTS GOOD & Safe for People with TYPE 2 DIABETES? http://bit.ly/2zyLBoG The Benefits and Risks of Peanuts for People with Diabetes. Peanuts are packed with a variety of nutritious properties that may benefit people with type 2 diabetes. Eating peanuts and peanut products may help: promote weight loss http://bit.ly/2AlW3x3 lower the risk of cardiovascular disease http://bit.ly/2hfer64 control blood sugar http://bit.ly/2y5VBl6 prevent people from developing diabetes http://bit.ly/2h80cMI in the first place However, peanuts also carry some potential risks. If you have type 2 diabetes, read on to learn more about the risks and benefits of eating peanuts. Benefits of peanuts for people with type 2 diabetes Adding peanuts and peanut butter to your diet may be beneficial, especially if you have type 2 diabetes. While not technically nuts, peanuts provide many of the same health benefits as tree nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, and pecans. Peanuts are also less expensive than most other nuts, which is great if you’re looking to save money but still want the nutritional rewards. Peanuts help control blood sugar If you have diabetes, you need to consider the glycemic content of the foods you eat. Glycemic content is based on how quickly your body converts carbohydrates into glucose, or blood sugar. The glycemic index (GI) is a 100-point scale that rates foods on how rapidly they cause blood sugar to rise. Foods that cause a rapid rise in blood sugar are given a higher value. Water, which has no effect on blood sugar, has a GI value of 0. Peanuts have a GI value of 13, which makes them a low GI food. According to an article in the British Journal of Nutrition, eating peanuts or peanut butter in the morning may help control your blood sugar throughout the day. Peanuts may also help lessen the insulin spike of higher GI foods when paired together. One reason that peanuts may help control blood sugar is because they contain a large amount of magnesium. A single serving of peanuts (about 28 peanuts) contains 12 percent of the daily recommended amount of magnesium. And magnesium, according to a report by the Journal of Internal Medicine, helps to maintain blood sugar levels. Peanuts may lower the risk for cardiovascular disease A research paper from the Journal of the American College of Nutrition shows that eating peanuts may lower the risk of cardiovascular disease, a common complication of diabetes. Adding nuts to your diet may also help lower high blood pressure, another common complication of diabetes. Learn more about hypertension in people with diabetes. Peanuts may help with weight control Peanuts may help you feel fuller and have fewer hunger cravings, which can help you maintain a healthy weight and better control your blood glucose levels. Peanuts may lower the overall risk for diabetes Eating peanuts or peanut butter may lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, according to a study from the Journal of the American Medical Association. Peanuts are high in unsaturated fat and other nutrients that help your body’s ability to regulate insulin. Risks of peanuts for people with type 2 diabetes For all the benefits peanuts may provide for managing type 2 diabetes, some caution is advised. Here are some peanut-eating concerns to watch out for. Omega 6 fatty acids Peanuts contain more omega-6 fatty acids than other nuts. There’s evidence that too much omega-6 may be linked to increased inflammation, which may increase your diabetes symptoms and risk for obesity. So, be sure to have a good balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fats in your diet. Salt and sugar Peanut products often contain added salt and sugar, which you’ll want to limit if you have diabetes. Peanut butter, in particular, can include added fat, oil, and sugar. Choosing a natural peanut butter with few, if any, ingredients other than peanuts is your best option. Allergies Perhaps the biggest risk of peanuts is that they can cause a serious allergic reaction for some people. Learn to recognize the symptoms so you can help yourself or a loved one if this happens. Calories While peanuts pack many advantages for those with type 2 diabetes, they are relatively high in calories and should be eaten in moderation. According to the USDA nutrition database, one half cup of raw peanuts contains over 400 calories. To reduce your calorie intake, try eating peanuts in place of, rather than in addition to, refined grain products and red and processed meats.

Why Should You DRINK ALKALINE WATER? 7 Reasons to Start DRINK ALKALINE WATER: Benefits to Health
Should you be drinking alkaline water? What to know about the much hyped health trend. You might have heard the buzz around alkaline water. The mineral-rich, low-acidic water is said to give you energy, balance the pH levels in the body and even slow down aging and prevent cancer. First, a bit of chemistry. Alkaline means “having the properties of an alkali,” which is a chemical compound that neutralizes acids. The terms “alkaline” and “basic” are almost interchangeable, except for one difference: alkali are soluble in water, but bases aren’t. Because alkaline water contains alkalizing minerals such as calcium, potassium and magnesium, it’s a less acidic beverage than tap water. According to Healthline, alkaline water has a pH balance of 8 or 9, while most regular tap is closer to 7 (neutral). More chemistry: “pH balance” is a measure of how basic or acidic a substance is on a scale of 0 to 14, with 14 being the most basic, or alkaline, and 0 being the most acidic. The idea is that by drinking alkaline water, you can lower the levels of acidity in your body. We know that too much acid can cause uncomfortable conditions such as acid reflux, heartburn and indigestion — that’s why folks take antacids, such as Tums or Mylanta, to neutralize the high acid levels (1.5 to 3.5 pH) in the stomach. Could alkaline water function the same way? A 2012 study published in the Annals of Otology, Rhinology & Laryngology did show that water with a pH balance of 8.8 effectively neutralized stomach acid, making it a treatment for subjects suffering from acid reflux. However, the notion that #alkaline-water could alter the pH balance of your body might be a reach. In a WebMD article about the #alkaline-diet, which cuts out high-acid foods like coffee, meats, and dairy, Dr. Melinda Ratini told the site that “nothing you eat is going to substantially change the pH of your blood” (which has a pH of around 7.4) because “your body works to keep that level constant.” John Berardi, the founder of Precision Nutrition, wrote in the Huffington Post that “focusing on the pH level of our water is sort of besides the point.” Instead, the potential health benefits of alkaline water “might be due to the minerals it contains rather than its pH level, per se.” Those could certainly contribute to the claim that alkaline water is energizing. As for some of the other claims: According to LiveStrong, there are currently no peer-reviewed studies proving that consumption of alkaline water can prevent cancer. Additionally, the American Cancer Society does not recommend alkaline water. At the end of the day, the most important thing is to stay hydrated. If you want to try alkaline water, you can purchase an ionizer system to filter your tap water, or drink one of several popular bottled mineral waters with lower acidity than tap. Here they are, pH balance included, per LiveStrong: Fiji, pH 7.7, Evian, pH 7.2, Eternal Water, pH 7.8-8.2, Waikea, pH 8.8, Iceland Spring, pH 8.8, Essentia, pH 9.5.

Lemongrass NATURAL CANCER FIGHTER: KILL Dozen Types of CANCER CELLS NATURALLY with Lemongrass Oil
Can Lemongrass Essential Oil Stop the Spread of Cancer? Studies show that a particular essential oil may provide a solid defense against various cancers. This essential oil, which contains high levels of an aromatic terpene known as linalool, has been utilized throughout history in the treatment of various health conditions. What’s even more exciting is that some of the latest science suggests that it’s at least as effective as chemotherapy in targeting cancer cells – without the harmful toxic effects of chemotherapy. Long prized for its aroma-therapeutic qualities, lemongrass is loaded with key nutrient compounds that present powerful antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer potential. A 2011 study published in the Journal of Advanced Pharmaceutical Technology & Research outlines the dozens of unique phytoconstituents present in lemongrass, including a diverse array of terpenes, ketones, esters, flavonoids, and phenolic compounds. Advertisement The Long List of Health Benefits of Lemongrass Essential Oil The paper also highlights the many scientifically-confirmed benefits of lemongrass, including its ability to destroy harmful pathogens, promote healthy stools, inhibit damaging fungi, reduce inflammation, protect against DNA damage, guard against malaria, neutralize damaging free radicals, balance cholesterol levels, modulate healthy sleep patterns, and so much more. “Studies indicate that Cymbopogon citratus (a variety of lemongrass) possesses various pharmacological activities such as anti-amoebic, antibacterial, antidiarrheal, antifilarial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties,” reported the authors. “Various other effects such as antimalarial, antimutagenicity, antimycobacterial, antioxidants, hypoglycemic, and neurobehavioral have also been studied.” Advertisement Lemongrass Fights More than a Dozen Different Types of Cancers But where lemongrass really seems to shine, particularly in light of the growing cancer epidemic, is in its ability to destroy cancer cells. A 2009 study published in the journal Chemico-Biological Interactionsrevealed that lemongrass essential oil is effective in targeting at least 12 different human cancer cell lines. Animal trials show that direct injection of lemongrass essential oil inhibits cancer tumors in a dose-dependent way, meaning the higher the dose of the oil, the better the outcome. When administered at a dosage of 200 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) concentration, lemongrass essential oil was shown to inhibit both ascitic (in the fluid of the abdominal cavity) and solid tumors of Ehrlich Ascites (a type of tumor cell line) by 97.34 percent and 57.83 percent, respectively. For Sarcoma-180 tumor cells, the same dosage resulted in ascitic and solid tumor inhibition of 94.07 percent and 36.97 percent, respectively. Can Lemongrass Essential Oil Stop the Spread of Cervical Cancer? A more recent study published in the journal Pharmacognosy Communications reveals that lemongrass is also effective against cervical cancer. Researchers found that lemongrass not only stops cervical cancer cells (as well as several other types of cancer cells) from spreading, but it also initiates cancer cell apoptosis, also known as programmed cell death.

How to LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE Naturally Overnight? Effective Ways to Lower Your BLOOD PRESSURE Quick
5 Unexpected Ways To LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE Quickly & Naturally, Without Medication. Having a bad day can impair our judgment and lead to most of us making not-so-wise lifestyle choices like binge eating, smoking, or drinking. These unhealthy habits done in excess can negatively affect our health, especially our blood pressure. As one in four Americans continue to suffer from the epidemic of high blood pressure, it is imperative for us to effectively avoid and reduce this highly preventable disease associated with heart attack and stroke, aneurysms, cognitive decline, and kidney failure. Fortunately, there are ways to bring down blood pressure without the use of medication. Although medications can lower blood pressure, they may cause side effects such as leg cramps, dizziness, and insomnia. “The best habits to establish for reducing blood pressure are the same ones for a healthy life; follow an anti-inflammatory diet, do consistent low-level physical activity throughout the day, and the time plenty of time to reduce stress by learning how to smell the roses,” said Dr. Barry Sears, president of the Inflammation Research Foundation, to Medical Daily in an email. Lowering blood pressure can be attained without a prescription, not just by remaining alert on salty foods, but also with these five little-known everyday habits: 1. Just Breathe As simple as it sounds, breathing is an effective technique to lower blood pressure. Slow breathing and meditative practices such as yoga can help decrease the stress hormones that elevate renin — a kidney enzyme that raises blood pressure. "Sit in a comfortable chair with armrests. Your body should be as relaxed as possible. Place one hand on a part of your chest or preferably your abdomen. Watch your hand rise and fall with each breath...feel the breath as it moves into your abdomen,” Dr. John M. Kennedy, a cardiologist in Los Angeles, Calif., and author of the book The Heart Health Bible told Medical Daily in an email. This should be repeated seven times and can become a daily habit by doing deep breathing 10 minutes in the morning. 2. Soak Up the Sun Sunny days not only boost our mood, but they can help keep our blood pressure in check. A study published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology found exposure to sunlight can alter the levels of nitric oxide in the skin and blood, therefore reducing the blood pressure. When exposed to sunlight, small amounts of nitric oxide are transported from the skin to the circulation lowering blood vessel tone. This decreases the risk of heart attack and stroke. 3. Go for a Brisk Walk Enjoy a nice, sunny day and go for a brisk walk, for aerobic physical activity at least 30 minutes per day. Kennedy believes this "can decrease systolic blood pressure by 4-9 points." However, even "ten minutes a day can make all the difference." When blood pressure isn’t controlled, general isometric exercise is bad. Preferred cardiovascular exercises include: walking, running, cycling, and swimming. 4. Drink Tea Sipping on not one but four cups of tea daily can help control blood pressure. A study presented at the European Society of Hyper tension in Milan found those who avoided coffee and tea consumption all together had the highest rates of blood pressure, pulse pressure, and heart rate. Those who drank tea the most often, between one to four cups a day, had the lowest systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, as well as the lowest pulse pressure and heart rate. Pinkies up, for your blood pressure’s sake. 5. Listen to Music Listening to your favorite song not only will improve your feeling of well-being but also lower your blood pressure. A study published in the journal Netherland Heart Journal found musicians had lower blood pressure than non-musicians because their somatosensory nerve activity benefited their autonomic nervous system. If you’re not a musician, listening to music alone, especially classical, will do just as good. Lower your blood pressure naturally by adding these five activities to your everyday life.
